Problem

Our design system was implemented late 2023, the world of tech has changed exponentially since then with generative AI.

We needed to streamline our design and development process even further to accommodate for a complete platform revamp of the recruiter platform. A massive undertaking of re-imagining recruiting 20 features using AI to ideate and test prototypes with users.
