Lightning collaboration with AI prototyping

Problem

We needed to streamline our design and development process even further to accommodate for a complete platform revamp of a recruiter platform. A massive undertaking of re-imagining 20 features using AI to ideate and test prototypes with users.

Design value

With a total stakeholder list of 15 people across different teams, I leveraged Figma Make to create rapid design prototypes to facilitate ideation.
We were able to get highly interactive prototypes in front of users fast which gave the team freedom to pivot if we weren't heading in the right direction.
